Passargad Design Services (PDS) atmospheric environment and climate division, specializes in renewable energy (solar, wind, and hydro), atmospheric environment, and climate change. Farida Dehghan is a Co-Founder of the division and have over fifteen years experience in atmospheric environment .
PDS provides project management and services in meteorological applications. We use meteorological and climate data to predict and forecast weather conditions and their impact on businesses/industries' activities. We predict the risk and impact associated with extreme weather events (i.e. tropical cyclones, floods, droughts and heat waves, etc.).
We perform climate variation risk analysis. We advise and studies climate change mitigation and adaptation using available historical climate data as well as various climate model data (i.e. CGCM4/CanCM4, CRCM, AGCM4/CanAM4).
P.D.S. manages solar, wind, and hydro energy project developments, Estimate foregone energy. We assist client on IESO dispatch and outage management. We manage operational renewable energy facilities on monthly basis; prepare operational & production reports, Real time market operations and asset and resource optimization, site audit. We perform modelling assessment, use energy models i.e. PVSys, Meteonorm, WAsP, Meteodyn, and CFD modeling

We perform Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling (ESDM) Report and complete dispersion modelling assessment for your facility (i.e. CALPUFF, AERMOD, ASHREA, and meteorological model (e.g. WRF))
